Belonging 🌏 is a feeling, an expectation, and a vibe that you get when you walk into a room.
There are places where you instantly feel a sense of belonging. Places where people are open, welcoming, and can't wait to see how you fit into their world.
But belonging is also an expectation. 🏢 It's something that should be fostered at the highest levels of an organization.
Leaders should be saying, "This is a place where everyone belongs and has the chance to thrive."
And when leaders say it, they should mean it. They should show it in their interactions and their consistency. Because when they do, you know you truly belong. 🌟
