It was a hot summer day, and I was craving something sweet and refreshing.
Little did I know that this Filipino dessert would become a staple in my life and inspire me to share my love for Filipino food with the world.
I wanted to break stereotypes and introduce people to the rich and diverse flavors of Filipino cuisine, from the sweet and creamy Ube to the savory and tangy Adobo. 🍲
