Finding your tribe can feel like navigating a labyrinth. 🎋
But the key, I've found, is to start with what lights you up. 🏮
Whether it's a social media group or a local event, there's a community out there that shares your passion. Volunteering, striking up conversations, these are the stepping stones to connection.
It's funny, we often shy away from sharing our interests, especially in professional settings. But I remember wearing my BTS merch to a conference once. A fellow psychologist noticed and asked, "Are you BTS ARMY?" That sparked a conversation, and before I knew it, we were at a BTS Suga concert together, having the time of our lives. 🎎
It's these shared interests that bridge the gap between us, that make us feel less like colleagues and more like comrades. It's not about KPIs or business jargon, it's about human connection.
So, don't be afraid to share your passions. You never know who might be drawn to your light.
