There's a quiet revolution happening. 🌱
Men, and in particular, Asian-American men, are starting to break the silence. 🗣️
They're stepping into therapy rooms, joining support groups, and opening up about their struggles. It's a brave new world, and it's about time.
It's not always easy to talk about our feelings. It's even harder when you're part of a culture that values stoicism and self-reliance. But there's a growing recognition that it's okay to ask for help. That it's okay to say, "I'm not okay."
There's a power in vulnerability. In sharing our stories, we find strength. We find connection. We find healing. 🌈
So, to all the men out there, know this: You're not alone. There are resources available. There are people who care. And it's okay to ask for help.
